Group Therapy
Many people feel alone in their struggles with mental health, as if they are the only ones feeling, thinking, or behaving the way they do. Shame and embarrassment make it difficult for us to open up about our struggles or seek help.
Group therapy allows individuals to process their grief, depression, anxiety, or trauma with others who are experiencing similar mental health conditions.
Our group therapy sessions are designed to foster a supportive community where you can share your experiences and gain insight from others facing similar challenges.
Through evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Interventions, we help you navigate the complexities of postpartum mental health, ADHD management, and mood stabilization.
