“Talk to yourself like you would to someone you love.”

There was a time when I worried to the point of exhaustion. I forgot the smallest details. I could not concentrate to save my life. I lost my appetite and felt like I could not trust my thoughts.
I believed my body and mind were working against me instead of with me.
I sought out therapy in 2018, where my incredible therapist helped me to manage and treat my anxiety. By 2020, I started a master’s degree program to become what my therapist was for me.
A solid and insightful support system.
My struggles with anxiety placed me on my current life path.
I realized my anxiety would never change if my life did not change too. I needed tools to build, not the distractions that tricked me into thinking I had everything under "control."
I often rejoice in gratitude, knowing I am living in a moment I previously prayed for.
A mind and heart truly healed from anxiety.

Think of your brain as the alarm system of the body, your home. The alarm system is responsible for reading danger from an environment and ringing the alarm when there is a potential threat.
There is a difference between a falling leaf triggering the alarm and a masked intruder breaking into your home.
Both situations elicit fear. Yet, what if your alarm system treated these two instances the same?
Equating those two scenarios illustrates what life is like with anxiety.
Anxiety is a natural response to stress or danger that keeps us alert preparing to protect ourselves..just in case.
A problem arises when our alarm goes off too often or too strongly, even when there is no threat.
Although our alarm system can be jumpy, there is a way your inner alarm can be adjusted!

Life can leave deep scars when you’ve been through ongoing emotional wounds—whether from childhood, toxic relationships, or experiences that made you feel powerless. C-PTSD isn’t just about the past haunting you; it’s about struggling with trust, feeling "on edge," and battling self-doubt. I help you rewrite the story your nervous system keeps telling you, using gentle, evidence-based approaches to calm your mind, build self-compassion, and create a sense of safety within yourself.escription

Motherhood is painted as a beautiful experience, but what if it feels heavy, lonely, or like you're losing yourself? PPD isn’t just “baby blues”—it’s real, and it can make even the smallest tasks feel impossible. You’re not failing; your brain and body are adjusting in ways that need support. I provide a safe space to talk through the emotions, rebuild confidence, and help you reconnect with yourself and your baby without guilt or shame.

ADHD isn’t just about being “hyper” or easily distracted—it’s about feeling like your brain is running five tabs at once and never closing any of them. You might struggle with focus, organization, or feeling overwhelmed by daily tasks. Together, we’ll find strategies that actually work for your unique brain, so you can stop feeling behind and start feeling more in control of your time and energy.

Sometimes, life throws changes at you—losing a loved one, a breakup, a big move, or unexpected stress—and it feels impossible to adapt. If you're stuck in sadness, worry, or emotional exhaustion after a life shift, that’s adjustment disorder. It’s not about being weak; it’s about your mind needing time and support to process. I help you move through transitions with clarity, self-compassion, and a plan to regain your footing.
